I don't know what else I can say about this place that hasn't already been talked about already the food is fantastic they truly have committed to their fair and they are exclusively mastering it above and beyond anybody else in the game
While I go with my carnivore and herbivore friends alike lately I have been savoring there beyond meat sausages and have tried them all without any disappointment. I would say out of all three the spicy Italian is likely my favourite and pro tip if you are into space I highly recommend topping it off with the jalapenos and sauerkraut. The other thing I noticed is why the giardinera is extra it's always better to get it on the side and a little cup versus letting them put it right on top you get bigger chunks and more flavour that way plus it's shareable with the rest of your crew!
And truly a low-key star of the menu that probably isn't talked about as much as the rest of their stuff is there cinnamon bun ... have a go at
It once and you will keep having it every single time so you have been warned!!
I don't really get to frequent their King West location much so I can't really draw comparisons but this place has awesome service and is super quick to grab at lunch. so if you're looking for options and you are tired of the usual food courts in the area definitely try em out -

Sausage and Beer!
I love this Wrvst vs their original location. Right inside Union Station, just so convenient. Best for meeting up before catching Go Train or even before Game Time.
Different sausages to pick from the standard to the more exotic protein. Crocodile, Kangaroo or even Vegetarian.
Beer selection is always interesting with draft from local breweries for $8 or so.
Self Served but the staff here always helpful.
Communal seating but they do have some booths and bar seating with TV.
Price is high but worth the experience, especially after I went to a game where beers cost $15 ++ -

I LOVE THIS PLACE!
The duck fat fries are amazing and super delicious. The option you have for sauces are fantastic. The beer is amazing here as well!
The only down side is if you aren't here for just a quick drink and bite at the bar but would like to sit down, it can get quite busy.
Reservations required! -

Sausage and the sauce for the Currywvrst were good, service was surprisingly attentive as well for a self-serve type place!
You order at the cash, given a number, and food is brought to you. Dishes were also cleared promptly.
Essentially, it's ~$10 for either a sausage (smallish side) on a bun OR a sausage with a ketchup curry and 2 slices of bread. It gets pricier when you get add-ons such as alcoholic drink, pretzel, fries, dessert, etc.
So it's maybe more "worth it" if you're more adventurous with your sausage selection, e.g. kangaroo, crocodile, rabbit, etc.
Good, smallish portion, can get pricey. Ok, but didn't live up to the hype. -

I've been to their King West site, but this location is a first for me. Very convenient for Financial District employees, one can take the underground PATH directly to WVRST. 6/5 service - truly stellar team here - super, duper attentive and very down to earth. It does get very crowded at lunch, so maybe calling ahead of time if you plan to bring a big group would be helpful. There's also a full bar here and lots of day drinking ;)
Unfortunately, though not unique to this location, the vegan and vegetarian hot dogs here seem to be lacking in texture and flavour. Today we had the green curry (lentils, coconut curry) and black bean sausages. Very anticlimactic - super bland and starchy and even after topping it with a ton of mustard there was no salvation. Unfortunately the vegetarian sausages here are about the "wvrst" I've had in a long time.
